He was patient with me and helped me choose the correct way to apply for my passport. I've been to 2 other post offices about this (not for myself) and neither of them were as kind and thorough as he was. Thank you, grey mustachioed man, for making my morning!”

“I went in to make about 300 copies. It was convenient as it was self serve. I did have to wait a bit as the printers were sll restarting/rebooting so i had to wait for one to become available. I showed up just in time as there was a line that showed up after me. I just didn't understand what I needed to do to start or how to insert the paper. A women, I believe, named Taylor helped me out and explained it perfectly. I was able to make my copies with no issues other than the max price was $25 so I had to do several small batches. I would be back for copying services.”
“I had purchased a mattress from Amazon, which I needed to return. I spoke to 6 people at Amazon who told me, eventually, that if I brought it to UPS, they would package and ship it. Once I arrived, the store manager went above and beyond to accommodate me, helping me wrap and tape the mattress. The best UPS experience ever!”
“I’ve shipped out a lot of orders for my business and have been dropping them off at this post office since 2020. I’ve only ever had good experiences here. The staff has changed over the years but they’ve all been very professional and always happy to help. I prefer to go to this location vs others I’ve had to go to because of necessity. Also, USPS has never lost a package for me in these last six years. While other carriers have. Definitely my go to mail service.”
“I’ve lived in the area over 20 years. And although the postal workers have changed over the years they have always remained as some of the kindest in all of the city. This continues to remain my favorite station and has a small town/neighborhood feel to it.”

“Here to offset some of the negative reviews based on my experience yesterday. Went to the store, found a bunch of vinyl that was really reasonably priced. There was some stuff that was overpriced in my opinion, but the reasonably priced stuff more than made up for the overpriced stuff. When I got the albums home I found a couple that had some scuffs, and the owner said just bring them back and I could swap them out with some others that were there (there were doubles in store). This is my kind of place for buying old classic rock records. Bins full of cool stuff, some in great shape and some not so much. So go and hunt for the good stuff, it's like going to a yard sale. But the prices and service was solid overall and the owner was very understanding.”

“Whoever was answering the front desk phones today (3/4) in the Swansea MA post office is an amazing human being! I accidentally put in the wrong address to ship two items and didn’t realize it until they were almost being delivered!

USPS has been under so much pressure and I’m sure they deal with rude phone calls and problems all day... but despite that this person still helped me solve a problem very important to me in such a kind manor and I am so thankful!

“We had to get a shipment out today and were told by the UPS Store in Central Square that their driver had already picked up/left to try this location. We got here at 6:50ish and the door was locked. We went around to the front where the loading dock was and handed the prepaid packages to a driver, who took them. I take one star off for having hours listed incorrectly on the door, but still a very good review for taking our packages. This made our day!”

“I don't know why all these bad reviews. I'm handicapped in a wheelchair and the staff here has always been very helpful. Always have a pen that I can use, also in the back there's 2 tables both of which have pens. Never had an issue getting a money order always have them. Great customer service at least with me.”

From the moment I arrived, Justin was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. He has such a great personality and immediately made the entire process feel comfortable and stress-free. Applying for a passport can sometimes feel overwhelming, but Justin made everything so simple and easy to understand.
He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions with patience and kindness. You can truly tell he cares about helping people and making sure everything is done correctly. His positive attitude and professionalism really stood out.
Not only was he kind and helpful, but he was also very efficient. The appointment moved quickly and smoothly while still making sure every detail was handled properly. That balance of being both thorough and efficient is something you don’t always see, and it made the entire visit a great experience.

“It's a great little neighborhood post office. The staff is courteous and professional, but occasionally, the wait is a bit long. But, no longer than most Post Offices. Parking is limited to the street, but normally it's a quick in and out.”

“The print team here is fantastic! I emailed what I needed for an event, very last minute. I walked in and it was just there, ready to go. That may not seem like a big ask but to print, mount on board and place on an easel with little to no instruction turned in 30 minutes - in my book is huge! “I’ve never had any issues here. Granted sometimes I have to wait but it’s never been more than 10 minutes. The service has always been good too. I see there are a lot of complaints about how they’re rude. I find that odd. They’re not rude to me at all. I have seen very rude and demanding customers though. So maybe staff gets what they give and the people complaining need to chill and try to comprehend that life doesn’t revolve around them. Just a thought.
Only problem I could see at this place, and I could very well be wrong, is that I don’t think it’s handicapped accessible. I haven’t seen any ramps or lifts and a few times I’ve had to go in and buy stamps for a women with a walker.”

“I recently contacted a UPS store in Bristol, Rhode Island, and had the pleasure of working with the owner, Carmen, regarding a unique request. I had purchased a large vintage vending machine on eBay that was listed for local pickup, and being located in Michigan, I needed assistance coordinating the logistics.
From the outset, Carmen was transparent and professional. She explained that she would need to assess whether she could accommodate the request and promptly followed up with me, as promised. Throughout the entire process, she maintained clear communication and demonstrated a high level of professionalism.
Carmen assured me that the item would be carefully packed to prevent any damage during transit, and she absolutely delivered on that promise. When the vending machine arrived, it was expertly packaged and in excellent condition.
