“I visited this post office this morning to process my passport paperwork and get my photo taken. The gentleman behind the counter was so sweet and kind. He was patient with me and helped me choose the correct way to apply for my passport. I've been to 2 other post offices about this (not for myself) and neither of them were as kind and thorough as he was. Thank you, grey mustachioed man, for making my morning!”

The staff goes above and beyond. Just this past week they helped me unbox my new filing cabinet and even loaded it into my car. At no point did they make me feel like a nuisance, it was just so nice.
The printing department is stellar as well. I print all of our training manuals and promotional materials there. The pricing is competitive and the quality is always great. And again, the staff is so incredibly knowledgeable and helpful.”

The employees at the Barrington UPS Store are incredible, but Wonks is next level! I was in a total bind, and Wonks went above and beyond with world-class customer service.
Even though the store was already closed, Wonks unlocked the door for me and processed my shipment anyway. They helped me carry a clumsy, heavy, huge box into the store, saving me from having to make another visit with the monstrosity package I needed to send out.
I am incredibly grateful to Wonks for going the extra mile to help me in a bit of a desperate moment. I honestly didn't know how I would get that box back into my car alone.
Management, please recognize and reward Wonks for this—employees like this are hard to find!

“I stop by the UPS Store in Seekonk frequently to handle my Amazon returns, and the experience is always excellent.
The store manager is fantastic—always friendly and happy to help me get in and out quickly. I also really appreciate the self-service ship station in the store. It makes processing Amazon returns and scanning in prepaid labels incredibly fast and convenient if I want to do it myself.
It’s a well-run spot that makes shipping easy. I highly recommend this location!”

“I’ve lived in the area over 20 years. And although the postal workers have changed over the years they have always remained as some of the kindest in all of the city. This continues to remain my favorite station and has a small town/neighborhood feel to it.”

“Whoever was answering the front desk phones today (3/4) in the Swansea MA post office is an amazing human being! I accidentally put in the wrong address to ship two items and didn’t realize it until they were almost being delivered!
I called and not only was he extremely polite but he took down my information and helped me with the problem! One of the packages already arrived no problem! Thank you so much!
USPS has been under so much pressure and I’m sure they deal with rude phone calls and problems all day... but despite that this person still helped me solve a problem very important to me in such a kind manor and I am so thankful!

“Here to offset some of the negative reviews based on my experience yesterday. Went to the store, found a bunch of vinyl that was really reasonably priced. There was some stuff that was overpriced in my opinion, but the reasonably priced stuff more than made up for the overpriced stuff. When I got the albums home I found a couple that had some scuffs, and the owner said just bring them back and I could swap them out with some others that were there (there were doubles in store). This is my kind of place for buying old classic rock records. Bins full of cool stuff, some in great shape and some not so much. So go and hunt for the good stuff, it's like going to a yard sale. But the prices and service was solid overall and the owner was very understanding.”
“We had to get a shipment out today and were told by the UPS Store in Central Square that their driver had already picked up/left to try this location. We got here at 6:50ish and the door was locked. We went around to the front where the loading dock was and handed the prepaid packages to a driver, who took them. I take one star off for having hours listed incorrectly on the door, but still a very good review for taking our packages. This made our day!”

“It's a great little neighborhood post office. The staff is courteous and professional, but occasionally, the wait is a bit long. But, no longer than most Post Offices. Parking is limited to the street, but normally it's a quick in and out.”
“I just want to give the biggest shout out to Lou for all of his help, kindness, and patience he just gave me to mail my package overseas. He was very professional, friendly, and gave me advice that helped make the process smoother and more efficient on both our ends, all while being quite timely. I honestly cannot say how thankful I am, especially being from out of town, for the experience I just had and would recommend this post office to anyone needing postal service. Also, a thank you, if you ever read this, to the gentleman who offered his assistance in helping me to package up my box for shipping. That may not seem like a big ask but to print, mount on board and place on an easel with little to no instruction turned in 30 minutes - in my book is huge! “EDIT: Changing my previous rating because I filed a complaint and they immediately took care of it. Systems were down so they couldn’t scan my package all is well. Thank you so much for your quick response even calling during off hours. STORY: Dropped off a package at 8am with a blood sample that already had a tracking number on it. They never scanned it and put it in the back. Tried called customer service no help. Crossing my fingers it isn’t lost.”

“I recently contacted a UPS store in Bristol, Rhode Island, and had the pleasure of working with the owner, Carmen, regarding a unique request. I had purchased a large vintage vending machine on eBay that was listed for local pickup, and being located in Michigan, I needed assistance coordinating the logistics.
From the outset, Carmen was transparent and professional. She explained that she would need to assess whether she could accommodate the request and promptly followed up with me, as promised. Throughout the entire process, she maintained clear communication and demonstrated a high level of professionalism.
Carmen assured me that the item would be carefully packed to prevent any damage during transit, and she absolutely delivered on that promise. When the vending machine arrived, it was expertly packaged and in excellent condition.
