I was greeted with a good morning upon my arrival and quickly knew I was in good hands as Matt was very eager to help. I had some issues sending them a document and Matt was able to come to the rescue! I will continue to use that store and mat is definitely a value added to your UPS store and your value company. In my experience, these three men will go that extra step (and with courtesy and a smile) to help you out if you have any problems with your mail carrier and/or delivery. I have no worries should I incur another postal issue with them being stationed at this branch office of the USPS. Thank you all.”

“I recently mailed something from this location and misplaced my tracking number. I called, and Carmen saved the day. She was busy and asked if she could call me back. I was prepared to call her back later in the afternoon, but she called me 10 minutes later and gave me my tracking number, and my package is out for delivery. Carmen renewed my faith in customer service.”
