“Took me in on the spot and correctly diagnosed a noise in my front end as a problem with my wheel bearing. They charged a fair price for the diagnosis and told me I would get full credit for that charge toward the wheel bearing job if I decided to bring it back to them to have it done. I brought it back to them and they did a good job. My only complaint is that after the diagnosis visit I noticed a couple of small scratches on my door. I didn't complain. When I picked up my car after the wheel bearing was replaced I noticed another small scratch. Their work area is very tight and congested so I can see how it would happen. My car is not new so it's not a big deal to me”

The work done was superb and the cost was exactly what was given to me as an estimate. On top of everything else, they had my car ready 2 days earlier than expected and, when I picked it up, it had undergone pristine detailing, both inside and out, and looked like they day I drove it home for the first time.
