“Had an Issue With closing my hood. Key the very kind Lady at the front desk was able to take me in right away and get my hood fixed so I was able to get home safely. She was super nice and helped me through the process and kept me up to date with what the mechanics were doing. The labor was $185 which in my opinion a bit much but they took me in right away and I was back on the road within an hour. Definitely recommend if you want quick service.”

“Came here today for an inspection sticker. I know it’s just an inspection sticker, but the service was outstanding. Staff were very polite on the phone, very welcoming in person. The area inside and out very clean. They seem to care about their customers. Coming to leave a review, I see that there are other great reviews for them as well. I was coming later in the day and they still fit me in, and if they were upset by it, they showed no signs of it. I’m glad I found this place. I will definitely return for future services on my car. “Went here with my 2014 bmw 535 I I purchased Elianio helped me with working with my warranty company cause the engine failed it did take some time to get this done a lil more than I wanted it to take because of the warranty but he made sure my car was okay I had a couple minor issues after the engine replacement brought it back and repaired I will be going back to get my ac charged cause we forgot to do that but I highly recommended his service for major engine repair or anything else he knows

“I was visiting family this past week in Providence from Connecticut for New Year's so I'm quite unfamiliar with the area, of course when I tried heading back my car didn't start. My dad tried looking at the car but had no luck so I ended up having to get it towed and taken to a mechanic. One of my friends recommended J.M. Auto Repair so I had the tow drop it off there. When I got there I told them what happened and how it wasn't starting and they understood and started working on the car. They told me that the battery in my car was dead so I got worried because I have a pretty old car (2016 Honda Civic) but luckily they had the battery in stock and put a brand new one in there. These guys were super fast and took like 10 minutes to finish the whole thing so would recommend it if you need something small done, 10/10.”

“Pulled in bc I thought I had issues with the cooling system and the skid plate. Turned out there were no issues with the cooling system, but they took off the skid plate and topped off the windshield wiper fluid, and didn’t charge me for any of that. Excellent service all around”

“I have used them many times. The guys that work there always are nice and accommodating. I have an IID in my car, and they are very helpful with that. When you have one of those, it can be very anxious to have work done, but these guys are very understanding and know what to do. It’s first come first served, but they will help as much as they can. I wish I had the names of the mechanic on duty on 7/17/25, and the other guys, but they are all outstanding!”
