They ran a scan and told me they would not be able to fix it and that the issue would be better suited for a dealership. Since they couldn’t help, they knocked half of the diagnostic test fee off and topped off my oil for me at no cost. Will definitely be back when I need more work done!”

“I was visiting family this past week in Providence from Connecticut for New Year's so I'm quite unfamiliar with the area, of course when I tried heading back my car didn't start. My dad tried looking at the car but had no luck so I ended up having to get it towed and taken to a mechanic. One of my friends recommended J.M. Auto Repair so I had the tow drop it off there. When I got there I told them what happened and how it wasn't starting and they understood and started working on the car. They told me that the battery in my car was dead so I got worried because I have a pretty old car (2016 Honda Civic) but luckily they had the battery in stock and put a brand new one in there. These guys were super fast and took like 10 minutes to finish the whole thing so would recommend it if you need something small done, 10/10.”
