“North Providence Collision Center went above and beyond in every way possible. My insurance company did not make things easy for them, or for me. Rather than take it out on me, NPCC took VERY GOOD care of me. They went out of their way to NOT leave me High and Dry.

“I was rear ended and chose Coastal Collision on recommendation. I am so glad I did. Not only is the staff great and patient, the detailing job they did on my SUV was fantastic! They even cleaned inside my headlights! Most importantly, I had a Wall-e decal on the lift gate of my trunk which was going to be replaced and we joked that it probably couldn’t be saved. I figured I’d just buy it again. However, when I picked up my car the sticker was there! They had gone out of their way to find it on Amazon and apply it! Simply amazing, talk about going above and beyond. I was touched. Would recommend and will definitely go back (though I hope I don’t have to!)”

“I can't possibly overstate how fantastic my experience was with this business owner. I had a flat tire on Sunday and while changing the tire on my car, the jack collapsed. Anthony helped me on his own time, to solve the problem. He also told me to swing by the shop to make sure the tire was safely mounted. There was an issue with the rotor cover that I didn't notice until after I drove off on Sunday and it was a very loud noise from contact with the rotor. I took it to the shop today and it was fixed almost immediately. He wouldn't even take a payment. Obviously don't expect free work from the business owner, but how incredibly helpful and trustworthy this guy is speaks to the value of doing business there. I need some minor repairs to my car that I will surely have done there”

He stayed with me until the AAA team came. I am very impressed with his attitude and level of compassion. 5 ? stars all day long!”

“Had to call AAA twice in 3 weeks...both times Robin came to the house.. the first time because my car would not start and the second time because I had a flat tire..Robin went above and beyond both times and took care of me in around 30 minutes...( being sure the car works start and fixing the tire right in my ysrd... these guys are the BEST”
