“I singed with realtor Michael Himmel. The best decision we made. Our property was on the market for months with another realtor and it was a terrible experience. Michael had our house under contract within a week. He was excellent. He made us feel excited and confident in him. His communication was second to none. He guided us right thru the process flawlessly. I highly recommend him and his agency. You will not regret it. 10 star service.”

“Perfect place if you like space...3 living rooms ( to let the kids be kids and watch what they wanna watch), perfect beach within walking distance , with a park for the kids right on the beach. The neighbors complained about my dog barking ( first time we brought her on vacation and closed her crate door) . However, Craig ,the realtor from Randall's called me to let me know and suggested we let her roam freely through the house ....it seemed to work out well ...no complaints I believe after that. So overall I recommend it,, and I would definitely stay again due to Craig's professionalism in handling a sticky situation. Thanks Craig!”

“Meredith Goncalves is a marketing genius. She knows how to sell a house and she knows how to take care of her clients during what can be a very stressful process. She’s a consummate professional with a big network, and she’ll have your back the whole way. Highly recommend.”

“My wife and I couldn’t be happier with the results of working with Schilke Realty. Nick was outstanding in answering all of our questions and knowledgeable in all areas. If you or someone you know is looking to buy a home don’t hesitate to call anybody else. 5/5 stars.”
