“The things you didn't know you needed , or sometimes even existed. Definitely a one stop shop for just about any present that you need for anyone. So many fun things to choose from. Overpriced sure and this new one is so much bigger than the old location in GC but you could spend over an hour just browsing. New addition if you just happen to bring your own reusable bottle and want to fill it up, they have this amazing water station( just in time for summer ) and if you didn't bring your reusable bottle just cave in and buy a Stanley they will wash it for you so you can use it !”
“My review is In regards to the current employees at the Box Lunch store located in the Warwick Mall. I visit this store often. I really enjoy shopping there and not just for the merchandise, but because the employees in this store consistently go above and beyond to enhance and improve the customer experience.The entire team is great but, I would specifically like to mention three employees there who provide exceptional service on a consistent basis and are deserving of recognition. In today’s world, it can be hard to find good employees. I also believe that bad service gets much more attention than good, so sharing good feedback is always important.Alex, Megan and Jayden are the three employees that I usually work with when I go there. They greet me by name, know what I look for and always let me know what’s new. Once customers come in, they put whatever project they’re working on to greet/help customers. They really make it fun to shop there.Box Lunch is very fortunate to have hired these three, in my opinion. Not only are they great employees, they are also really friendly, kind & funny. They provide excellent customer service. At this location, the team always makes the store experience fun and inviting. I frequently visit this store and will continue to do so. “Great shop and super friendly business owners. I was in town for my brothers graduation from Brown and we started chatting with one of the owners. Turns out he is an Army vet and former helicopter pilot like my brother. He was friendly and welcoming and the store had a really great selection of items. Definitely happy to support a veteran owned business. Highly recommend.”

“Can't believe I haven't reviewed one of my favorite shops in PVD. Walked in the first time when it was near Rocket to Mars 6 years ago, when I would come down from Boston to visit my now husband. Since then it's always been a joy to visit Dana and her sweet pups. No matter the space (I think this is the fourth since I've been shopping there, it's always full of lovely little handmade and vintage items. Feels more like a museum of beautiful oddities than a store. The way that everything is displayed is so artful. I make it a point to gift something from here to everyone I love.
