“We're a Florida Non Profit organization and Techsoup Member. We have been using the Mobile Beacon Hotspots since 2017 or 18. The service has been excellent and the devices, save one, have performed flawlessly. When we received one hotspot that wouldn't connect Mobile Beacon tech support instructed me to go to a Sprint store, log on to their free wifi and reboot the device. I followed their instructions fully ready to lambast them for sending me on a wild goose chase! To my surprise, the device rebooted and worked perfectly. “A year or so ago someone went to this store and tried to buy 4 iPhones and an Apple watch but the manager called me, I was in a meeting, so he called my wife but she was teaching a class so didn't answer, the manager then tried my daughter's number but again got no answer. I was frustrated at the time but now applaud the managers efforts.”
