“We're a Florida Non Profit organization and Techsoup Member. We have been using the Mobile Beacon Hotspots since 2017 or 18. The service has been excellent and the devices, save one, have performed flawlessly. When we received one hotspot that wouldn't connect Mobile Beacon tech support instructed me to go to a Sprint store, log on to their free wifi and reboot the device. I followed their instructions fully ready to lambast them for sending me on a wild goose chase! To my surprise, the device rebooted and worked perfectly. Mobile Beacon has been a God send to our organization! Thank you Mobile Beacon! :-) AKTEDC”

“Had a great experience with Jonathan at the Boost Mobile store on Lonsdale Avenue. Just bought a new iPhone 15 and took it to the store for activation. There was some difficulty because my service is through Boost Infinite which is somewhat different from the regular Boost Mobile. Jonathan opened a chat with customer service and got them to send me an e-sim which allowed me to activate the new phone. Really appreciate the time he took to do this even while dealing with other customers.”

“My husband and I recently decided to take advantage of a promotion that would allow us to upgrade a few of the devices on our family plan, but had some trouble with the promotion not applying as advertised (we should have received a credit for one of the devices, but kept getting billed for it). We wasted a lot of time going back and forth with customer service online and over the phone, and despite being assured multiple times that everything was all set, it never resolved. A few weeks ago, we went into the Seekonk Verizon store on a whim and spoke with Adam, who was super nice. He was able to fix the issue for us (and quite quickly, too!) and we really appreciated how helpful and knowledgable he was. I would absolutely visit this location again in the future, and would recommend it to others.”

“I have had T Mobile for over a decade. Recently we upgraded our plan and we went to a different store. That store was a retailer not this store but I wish I had. Mistakes were and customer service at tmobile was atrocious. Over the course of 2 weeks and phone calls totaling close to 6 hours and no follow through from T mobile customer service reps I came to this store as a last option. Chris Brown and the manager of store Cris jumped on the phone with tmobile, resolved the situation and made sure everything was handled properly. They finally resolved the situation. I am staying with T Mobile bc of these two and the only location I'll ever do business with is here. Thank you both. From someone who works in sales you both are top notch in resolution and customer service.”

“I recently wrote a review about my experience at this Verizon location, but I noticed that it is no longer visible. I’m not sure what happened, but it’s important to me that my feedback is shared because I had such a positive visit.

When I came in to purchase a new Samsung phone, I was assisted by an associate named Paul. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed.

Paul made the entire process smooth and easy from start to finish. His professionalism really stood out, and I truly couldn’t have asked for better assistance.

I highly recommend that anyone visiting this store ask for Paul—you’ll be in excellent hands.”

“We had signed up over the phone for three new Verizon cell phone accounts +3 iPhones. I cannot begin to tell you about the aggravation I had trying to set these iPhones up and then to add insult to injury getting a bill before we were even ported in to Verizon and the bill was double what we were told. I spent countless hours over 4 days, talking to various reps over the phone and visiting a local store. Four days later at wits end I ended up at the corporate store on 399 Bald Hill Rd. in Warwick. Christopher Rogers went above and beyond to rectify this entire situation because I was literally about to go to the Attorney General’s office. Patience and understanding through it all, he spent probably 3 hours with my parents and I straightening everything out. Devon also helped out because there were many many issues with this whole situation.
I feel it is Important to let the powers that be know what outstanding employees they are.”
