I was a little bit upset at first but the sales rep Mike was very pleasant offered to look at my account for any savings and apologized for the inconvenience and would be happy to put on my screen if went and got it somewhere else. Also said he would call me when the new phone comes out and tell me all my available options.”

“We're a Florida Non Profit organization and Techsoup Member. We have been using the Mobile Beacon Hotspots since 2017 or 18. The service has been excellent and the devices, save one, have performed flawlessly. When we received one hotspot that wouldn't connect Mobile Beacon tech support instructed me to go to a Sprint store, log on to their free wifi and reboot the device. I followed their instructions fully ready to lambast them for sending me on a wild goose chase! To my surprise, the device rebooted and worked perfectly. Mobile Beacon has been a God send to our organization! Thank you Mobile Beacon! :-) AKTEDC”
