“My 2005 BMW 645ci would not go in reverse and also had slipping issues going forward. I learned quickly not many places worked on BMWs and the few that did were incredibly expensive just to do a diagnostic test. Rob's asked me what I was experiencing and set up an appointment to have a free diagnostic test. He contacted me and explained exactly what was wrong, and at a price that was far less expensive than I could have imagined. He notified me as soon as the car was ready. A week later I receive call from Rob's asking how the car is running. Who Does That!

“I was visiting family this past week in Providence from Connecticut for New Year's so I'm quite unfamiliar with the area, of course when I tried heading back my car didn't start. My dad tried looking at the car but had no luck so I ended up having to get it towed and taken to a mechanic. One of my friends recommended J.M. Auto Repair so I had the tow drop it off there. When I got there I told them what happened and how it wasn't starting and they understood and started working on the car. They told me that the battery in my car was dead so I got worried because I have a pretty old car (2016 Honda Civic) but luckily they had the battery in stock and put a brand new one in there. These guys were super fast and took like 10 minutes to finish the whole thing so would recommend it if you need something small done, 10/10.”
“Great job. Very nice. Seemed to care. Listened and understood. A bit pricey but all.is now. The way I look at it is do I want to spend two and a half hours waiting at a dealership for a oil place or do I want to be out in 15 minutes? Yes it's $40 more expensive but are you worth 20 an hour?”

The staff were very friendly and efficient in getting our vehicle in. This visit was for a fleet vehicle and they took really great care with everything. We did an oil change and a state inspection.
They got the vehicle in quick, cleaned the windows, and made sure things were accurate.
I’ll definitely be trying to get an oil change in my personal vehicle soon (I’m a little overdue)!”

“They are so kind there! My tire was slowly leaking air - wasn't sure if I had to replace it or patch it. Turns out I must've bumped a curb or something and my rim was slightly off. They fixed it in under 10 minutes at no charge. The best part was how happy they were to help. 10/10 would go there again!”
“Well, I went for oil change today at Jiffy Lube on bald Hill Road in Warwick. I thought it was kind of expensive for my 2014 Toyota he said I required synthetic oil so it came to $130 I guess I can handle that if it keeps my car from needing more maintenance.
I have to say I was a little concerned this particular place asked for my license. no other Retail has ever asked for my license so as a heads up I will tell them no next time. don’t give them your license. I called the Warwick police to file a report. The policeman was no help whatsoever. I am very uncomfortable with that and I’ve asked around and no one has ever been asked for their license at the Jiffy Lube.

“I’ve been using quick lane for all of my tire needs for at least the past five years. Having a Tesla requires little Maintenance but due to the poor road conditions, tire repair or replacement is fairly frequent.
My service today was due to a large piece of metal embedded in the tire, causing it to go flat. I decided I needed to replace all tires. I was aware ordering a full set. Can take one day. In under 24 hours all tires were replaced aligned As promised. I was also informed of a manufacturers rebate which was applied to the price.
I found the communication to be excellent throughout the process, and my options were thoroughly explained. I will continue to use this shop as they are reliable and dependable, especially when the Service is of an urgent nature.”
“It's hard to beat the convenience of having your oil changed in 10 minutes (don't go on weekends to avoid a long wait for other cars). The staff have always been quick and professional, helping to reset the warnings on the dash and offering additional services like new wipers, topping off coolant, etc.
You do pay more ($120 w/tax in June 2025) but you can be in and out fast so you're paying for the convenience.”

“Had my car inspected there it failed the first time for minor things fixed it n can back I can honestly say very fast service no wait at all both times it passed the second time around no complaints I don't know why they get bad reviews but just know they do wat there supposed to do n if your car not up to regulations don't expect it to pass”

“The lady working in here was phenomenal. On a Thursday afternoon she seemed to be by herself in the store (which I thought was bonkers at such a busy time of he day), and she was efficient to get me in and out as quick as anyone could expect to have their oil changed and fluids/tires checked. She was very pleasant to deal with too, but what was most impressive is how when the line got backed up she showed no signs of being overwhelmed or change in attitude. I have to commend her for that, but I think the chain itself should recognize her as well, and work on getting her some help in there immediately. Overall, it was a great experience for getting an oil change.”
