I learned quickly not many places worked on BMWs and the few that did were incredibly expensive just to do a diagnostic test. Rob's asked me what I was experiencing and set up an appointment to have a free diagnostic test. He contacted me and explained exactly what was wrong, and at a price that was far less expensive than I could have imagined. He notified me as soon as the car was ready. “I was visiting family this past week in Providence from Connecticut for New Year's so I'm quite unfamiliar with the area, of course when I tried heading back my car didn't start. My dad tried looking at the car but had no luck so I ended up having to get it towed and taken to a mechanic. One of my friends recommended J.M. Auto Repair so I had the tow drop it off there. When I got there I told them what happened and how it wasn't starting and they understood and started working on the car. They told me that the battery in my car was dead so I got worried because I have a pretty old car (2016 Honda Civic) but luckily they had the battery in stock and put a brand new one in there. These guys were super fast and took like 10 minutes to finish the whole thing so would recommend it if you need something small done, 10/10.”

“These guys are exceptional. I used Valvoline in Nebraska and was surprised to see one out here in Rhode Island. They worked together as a great team, didn't push things on me that I didn't want (although they got me with the fuel treatment but hey why not right) were professional the whole time, answered any questions I had, fully transparent the whole time and constant communication on time and what remained. I was an easy customer I already knew I wanted full synthetic, new filters, new wipers, et cetera but that didn't stop me from appreciating their professionalism. Also clearly the Ford dealer or last auto place after Ford replaced my cabin filter because it was bad. Being in the car here you know they check it. I will be back.”

“It's hard to beat the convenience of having your oil changed in 10 minutes (don't go on weekends to avoid a long wait for other cars). The staff have always been quick and professional, helping to reset the warnings on the dash and offering additional services like new wipers, topping off coolant, etc. You do pay more ($120 w/tax in June 2025) but you can be in and out fast so you're paying for the convenience.”
