“Wiliness to help a stranger. My phone died. I just came from the airport trying to find my company. I was lost. Stop at 5 locations asking for directions. I stop at Midland Transmission, Paul drop everything to help me. Told me he actually bought from my company and knew where it was. He started to give me directions and I ask him can he please map quest it for me. Sweet of him told me I was too young to know what map quest is. He printed the directions and I am on my way. Tell you about ones character to help a complete stranger. I never told him I made it. Nor does he know I had the directions for the wrong State, that is why I was on his road. He gave me directions to my Rhode Island Branch, when I was suppose to be in Massachusetts. Luckily, I made it save. I greatly appreciate his help.”

“I am known as being fussy when it comes to my vehicles. Fred and his crew are truly the best garage I've used in my over 40 years of owning cars. The shop is immaculate and well organized and the staff is knowledgeable and looking for future issues without the pressure sales. If you consider your self to be a fussy person with an extremely high standard of service than this is the garage for you. When I was there they were working on my top flight Corvette ZR1 and an early perfect 90s Dodge viper and a very nice Aston Martin DB7. However there was an equal amount of daily drivers. So they’re clientele is very diverse.”

“I called with what I was hoping not to be a serious problem, and from the moment I heard the voice of confidence, I knew I made the right choice, they were able to take my car right in, and in no time at all, I got the call to come drive her home, it was quickly diagnosed, and all my problems were solved. The price was far less than I expected, and the service was incredible, and the biggest reason Moore’s has been around for generations. Thank you guys.”

“I recently replaced ball joints, tie rods and other front suspension and steering parts on my older pickup truck, and needed a front-end alignment. A coworker recommended this place, and it turned out to be a good recommendation. Making an appointment was easy, and I like that the owner, who is highly experienced, is the person working on your vehicle. He took me for a drive before starting the work, to see how the truck rode (it was wandering a lot, prior to getting aligned). Less than two hours later, my truck was ready and aligned. The owner texted me an image of the before and after alignment specs, and answered all of my technical questions (I'm a car guy). The truck rolls down the road nice and straight now, and is once again a pleasure to drive.”

“Took me five different shops to find this place, and my god am I glad I did. This shop has saved me 3500 dollars that other shops would have charged. For context I was having an issue with my rear differential making noises. Most other shops wanted to fully replace my differential without actually looking into the issue. However this shop was able to determine that it was just a pinon bearing that needed to be replaced. The mechanic that worked on my vehicle personally came up to me and showed me the bad bearing and explained the process and what was going on. Any mechanic that's willing to do that is a reputable one.”

“We have been customers of Parente's Oil Service for over 40 years. They have taken excellent care of us ever since we first started with them back in the 1980's.We purchase our fuel from them and they do all of the service on our heating equipment. If we ever have a problem, we reach out to Parente's and they respond right away and resolve the issue to keep us running in tip top shape.Thank you Lester, Marie, and the entire Parente's family for all of the great service you have provided for us since we first met many years ago!I would be remiss if I didn't mention the great technician that has been doing our annual service visits over the past few years. Her name is Kelsey and she is awesome! She knows her stuff and keeps our system running very efficiently.I would also like to give a quick shout out to Melaina and Robin in the office. It's very nice to hear a friendly voice when you call the office.Thank you to all!”

“I ordered tires here and want to have them installed. They looked at my tires and said I didn’t need new ones. Explain to me that I had high-end tires and that they had a lot of life left in them. It’s so great to know that there are still kind honest people in this world I would highly recommend going to BJs. Tire center where their employees are dedicated ??”
