“This is such an amazing little place. The people are super friendly and ready to help with anything you need. They have a man who works outside and loads your car for you. I didn't have to lift one single bag of feed! They carry a huge variety of animal feeds and their store is full of all of those little decorations that make every farmer's their happy place. I traveled an hour to shop at this store and I will continue to do so!”

“We have been bringing our dog Mulligan to BFF for three and a half years. There is nowhere else I would trust with his care, especially for overnights when my family travels.
We even moved 35 minutes away two years ago and have continued using BFF resort as our doggy daycare as nowhere else can compare. Mulligan absolutely lights up whenever we ask him if “he wants to see his friends?”.
There is an orientation and process to getting your pup enrolled, but it is SO WORTH IT. Trust their process and know they are experts at what they do and keeping your dog safe!

We checked Google before bringing our dog for a nail grind and it said the grooming salon was open until 9PM. When we arrived the staff told us that they had lost most of their team due to some management changes, and were forced to stop accepting walk-ins at 5. Nonetheless, they took our dog and did a great job with her nails. I'm really appreciative that they persevered through a tough staffing situation and accommodated us nonetheless.
PetSmart Corporate - fix your hours online or have your team's back and hire some more groomers! Don't make your store level employees break the news you can't provide a service you're advertising on your website.”
“I stepped into Rumford to find a brand of food my dog would eat. I guess the puzzled look on my face said it all because Jamie & Robbie stepped in for a lovely assist. They were very knowledgeable on the products, asked about possible dietary restrictions, and more. My dog is very picky but thankfuly with their help we are happy with new kibble and bone broth mix Jamie suggested.”

“Mourning the loss of our 16 yr old Zuchon, we Went there half hr before closing because we saw the cutest Bichon online. The girl was preparing to close but reluctantly let us in and let us visit and we knew we had to take him home. Despite it being 5:50 (I figured she would say come back tomorrow) but she checked us out and by 5:59 we left with our adorable new puppy. Big bag of dogfood, certificates and vaccines all in hand. Place was clean and full of adorable puppies!! He was grateful to go home with us and slept through the night quietly in his new crate at home.”

Chris also saved me money as well as some great training tips for my new pup. I really appreciate all the time he took to help me. Chris is a great manager and really cares for the customer and their fur babies.”
