I usually give the line about a solid 60 seconds -> 2 minutes before I decide whether or not I'm staying in it... if it doesn't move within 60 seconds at all, and the people behind the counter look like they don't care... I'm out. It's hit or miss. Love it when there's no line though!

Great service. Friendly people. Clean. Just be careful driving. Entry way is a bit narrow.

As far as post offices go (given the customers they see throughout the day) the staff has been more than cordial and helpful to my mom and I since we moved to Coventry. Nice little post office, even the longer lines go pretty quickly.
