Ever since we moved to RI in 2020, the Postmaster, Jeremy, has been wonderfully helpful with issues stemming from our change of address, to his confirmation of, and suggestions for, package pickup in today's really awful weather. I really appreciate his kindness, care and knowledge, and I feel that he deserves recognition for his outstanding work at our Coventry Post Office.

Staff are kind, but aren't very knowledge about international shipping. Staff filled out the shipping label incorrectly - mail came back, I pointed out the mistake and it went out again, only to come back a 2nd time. I missed an important deadline - when I asked for a refund $70 on the shipment - manager won't accept responsibility even though the clerk admitted to the errors. I have never gone back - 3 years, I only use FEDEX now! they are awesome, do all the paperwork and are far cheaper. Manager at USPS in Coventry = terrible service....

The online service sucks you get a robot that doesn’t work and just says it doesn’t understand should probably fix that or just have a human answer the phone to help you!

I most recently moved in July and paid for 3 of my family members to have our address changed AND forwarded to our new address...2 months later I still have not received a single piece of mail and I was only notified by a magazine company via email that they couldn't deliver my magazine because the post office didn't even give them my forwarding address!!! I was giving them the benefit of doubt this entire time and figured mail probably runs slow where we moved in CT and that any day now I will be receiving a bulk of mail. What did I pay for the COA service for if they aren't going to forward my mail? I even had to go there personally to verify my identity to "complete" the COA....They took my money and completely wasted my time...Only reason I gave 2 stars is because the lady was very nice who completed my transaction.

Don't rent a PO Box here. Go somewhere else. Paid in January and someone at USPS changed the lock. We never got our mail. drove down, Corinne said that Jeremie left a note telling her someone callled to close the box. We paid until July 31, 2023.

Why bother making an appointment for a passport when you have to stand there and wait and wait and wait. It’s ridiculous..they say stand over there and wait for your appt time: Well our appt time was 20 minutes ago!! Absolutely horrible experience here and still waiting!!!!

Waited over a hour to setup a p.o box. They kept helping people in line while I just waited at the counter. Nothing but attitude tords me. Seriously over a hour of this for maybe 2 minutes of work. I would have just walked out if I didn't absolutely need to do this because of my job.

Signed up for a redelivery. Was sent a an email confirmation. Was home all day to day and there was no delivery. They have my phone number and I did not receive a call.

Carrier constantly wedges or crushes packages in mailbox and ruins my mailbox every time..it’s happened four times in the past two months!
