“An item I bought arrived slightly damaged (compared to the photos on the auction listing). I emailed Associated Estate, and Zach communicated very quickly and resolved the issue by refunding the shipping. The items were very well wrapped and protected for shipping, so no problem there. Ideally I’d have preferred to receive the item undamaged, but I’m happy they addressed my complaint swiftly and efficiently.”
