The receptionist Alex is so sweet and personable! I didn’t get the boss’s name but he was flexible on rescheduling since my first appointment I had to move due to being called into work.”

“I brought my Camry in for a full interior and exterior detail. After some miscommunication in the morning for the drop off (partly my fault for bringing it in at a different time than agreed), the staff offered to pickup my car from my house in Smithfield 30 minutes away while I was at work! They also brought my car back in the evening after they serviced it and offered me a discount which was not necessary at all! I use my car often for work so it was in rough shape when I brought it in and you practically couldn’t recognize it when they returned it to me. The attention to detail was phenomenal. The interior even smelled brand new again! I can’t recommend these guys enough, the customer service and quality of work far exceeded my expectations.
