“I can’t say enough wonderful things about this store and its owner, Lisa. Every single time I walk in, I have an amazing experience — it’s truly one of those places that makes you feel welcomed and taken care of right away.
Most recently, I went in looking for a dress for a special celebration, and Lisa made the entire process so easy and enjoyable. She has such a great eye and really takes the time to help you find exactly what you’re looking for without any pressure.
On top of that, I ended up finding the perfect birthday gifts while I was there too — it turned into two successful trips in one! It’s rare to find a place where you consistently have such a positive experience, but this store absolutely delivers every time.”
“People who leave negative reviews about a clothing store have a lot of time on their hands. Lol. It's not that serious, folks. How would any of these negative reviewers handle a devastating diagnosis or deal with an actual crisis? I witnessed a woman flip out in another store at Garden City because she claimed no one greeted her LOL... The sales associates were perfectly attentive. There was no issue. The problem was with that woman who clearly had an ax to grind. Lady...get over yourself. Go get some professional help lol. There is nothing wrong with the staff at this Banana Republic location. The store is clean, well merchandised, well stocked, and the associates are always helpful. 🥰”
“I had a phenomenal experience at Madewell in Cranston! Paige welcomed me into the store, asked me what I was looking for, and ended up recommending the perfect style of jeans for me! She and Gina both kindly picked out my size in a few different washes and styles, and I got to try out a bunch of options. I am 5’1 so finding jeans that are available in petite sizes is a blessing. I did end up buying the vintage flare crop, which fit me like a classic pair of jeans, rather than above the ankle, and I love them! Gina was especially helpful in helping me determine which size to buy and explained how the jeans would let out slightly as I wear them, so I ended up choosing the smaller size, and I’m very glad that I did! The entire experience was really lovely, and they were both so friendly and kind. I never felt pressured to make a purchase, but they introduced me to my new favorite pair of jeans and I will certainly be returning to Madewell on my next trip to Garden City Center ❤️ Thank you Gina and Paige!”
“The store was very nice. Neat and clean. Unfortunately the item we wanted couldn't be found. It may have been mismarked and they couldn't accommodate the price for the two items so we didn't make our purchase. Everyone was still very friendly and helpful.”
