L.L.Bean is a great store with excellent customer service. The staff are friendly, helpful, very knowledgeable, kind, and patient. They are knowledgeable about the merchandise and every product in the store. The service provided is pleasant. They have great inventory and will order items online if something is out-of-stock or not in the store, having it sent to a house or the store. They are local for returns or exchanges. The merchandise, including slippers, boots, and backpacks, is well made and guaranteed. Products are durable, lasting many years with no rips or tears. The store also has public restrooms that are very clean.

The store was very nice. Neat and clean. Unfortunately the item we wanted couldn't be found. It may have been mismarked and they couldn't accommodate the price for the two items so we didn't make our purchase. Everyone was still very friendly and helpful.

LL Bean consistently provides quality clothing. The cotton shirts are soft and durable. Floor sales assistant helpful and knowledgeable.
