They are knowledgeable about the merchandise and every product in the store. The service provided is pleasant. They have great inventory and will order items online if something is out-of-stock or not in the store, having it sent to a house or the store. They are local for returns or exchanges. The merchandise, including slippers, boots, and backpacks, is well made and guaranteed. Products are durable, lasting many years with no rips or tears. The store also has public restrooms that are very clean.
