I’m a medical professional who has shopped at this LL Bean before and used my license for the medical discount without issue. On my most recent visit, I was told I now needed to complete an online verification, which took 20 minutes at the register. When I asked for clarification for the inconsistency, the cashier (Erin) was curt and unhelpful, and her tone felt dismissive. I left feeling frustrated and unwelcome. I'd love to ask the store manager to leave a number so I could follow up and share my experience directly, but unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this location.

Beware: The staff, particularly Marley and Erin, were extremely unhelpful and unwilling to assist with a return on a defective product. Marley was especially rude and negative, making the experience unnecessarily unpleasant. She insisted that I couldn’t order items in-store and would have to go online, with no effort to offer alternatives or assistance. Very disappointing customer service.

My wife bought me a new style quilted mens zippered sweatshirt for Christmas. After wearing it on and off for three months the collar became shredded. I attempted to return at the Cranston store this week. I had the order number, purchase info, had it on my Llbean credit card. The sales staff refused my return because I had cut out a tag inside the garment. I have done business with you for 30-40 years. Terrible customer service and when I needed their help they completely failed to stand behind me as a long term customer. Will not step back into this store. Disgusted loyal customer.
