I utilized their storage for about 3 years. Started off clean and great as it was a new building but has recently started to go downhill as the mice population been increasing in the building. When I cleaned out my unit I noticed many mice droppings in my unit.

This location recently has had some much needed improvements with the management. The new General Manager Amaris actually has been phenomenal. She has a positive attitude and amazing customer service! Finally!!! Also very sweet and patient. She helped me resolved an issue here that’s been taking me weeks. This place definitely needed this! I never walked in when a manager was cleaning the place! You can see she really cares. I was worried this place was going downhill. Awesome addition Prime Storage!!
