“I have been living here for only a month never tried mill living and love it here at ashton . The staff is amazing smart and honest.the residents and are young professional s .very helpful always to me with groceries and check up on me. I am 68 with some medical issues but this place make u feel healthier. I really appreciate the staff to mantanace to Amari and Key the leasing and management staff. I was in greenwich place paying $900 more there. This place is a gem a find, on the river it has incredible character and charm.finally a class place in Rhode Island to call home. Robert W. “Center Place is an amazing community! The staff are incredibly friendly and professional, and the maintenance team is very responsive, resolving issues quickly. The regular community events create a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere.

While there are minor improvements needed, like better window sealing during winter, the overall experience far outweighs these small issues. Highly recommend Center Place to anyone looking for a great place to call home!”

“I lived at the Oasis for nearly 7 years and I absolutely loved it. The complex is beautifully maintained all year and the pool is awesome. As a female living alone, I have always felt very safe here. There’s an app you can use to remotely control your locks, lights, and heating/AC which is really nice; I leave it low for the day and turn it higher as I head home to save on energy. The leasing office is always very quick to reply and is run by kind and professional staff. There’s generally a little goodie, treat or event once a month for the residents; I’ll miss the Thanksgiving sandwiches the most. I’ve had two dogs while living here and they’ve both loved the patio; an outdoor space is important to me. It’s honestly a beautiful place to live, 10/10.”

“Location is perfect for school and the first floor has a very nice place to study/hang out. Ty and all staff are very attentive and listen to all our concerns. I honeslty appreciate their efforts to help every tenant. Everyweek there are meetings where you can directly address any issue you may have. No place is perfect but they sincerely try to make this place your new "home".”

Apartment living is enlightening but the employees are kind and helpful but they are clean, well mannered and they have no problem with your "catastrophe" and take care with your furniture, and pets. They are great.”

“I've been at the Slater Cotton Mill for 4 years now. Love the girls in the office, love the residents, & love the amenities here. Biggest bang for your buck at this property with all the amenities they offer along with the ability to get anywhere in the state and MA so easily. Starting with the obvious, these units are beautiful. Being in North Providence with units like this, at these prices, is pretty much a no-brainer and I feel lucky to be here.

I read some reviews about noise and smell, maybe it’s where I’m located in the building but this place smells great and I really can’t hear much from above, below, left or right. I was worried about being able to hear my neighbors and it’s literally a Non-issue, not sure what those reviews are about but the units seem to be well insulated.

Management responds quickly, Ashley and Mattie are professional, genuine and just a pleasure to work with. Applying and moving in was simple, straightforward, communication is 5 stars, residents know what’s going on in the building at all times.

Parking is fine. Haven’t seen anyone park like a jackass, residents seem respectful of others property, considering using the reserved covered parking though lol

Trash room was a little hard to find but they’ll literally pick up your trash at the door.

I’m probably going to do laundry offsite, between needing quarters and inefficiency of the dryers it’s just going to be easier going to a laundromat. If the laundry was better I’d give this place 5 stars. Switch to a card system for laundry, like Dave and busters card but for laundry, and we’re living in paradise

“We love living here! We have been here for 6 months so far and are very happy. They do quarterly fire alarm checks to make sure everything is in working order. Any maintenance issues are easily requested with the folio app where your able to schedule certain days and times when you can be home or have the option to have maintenance come in without you. They allow two pets dogs and cats! So many other tenants have dogs and it’s always so nice to see all of them. Mail room is inside with rfid access only so haven’t had any packages stolen. There is always parking space available even if it is a little walk. Being so close to the new train/bus hub is super convenient.Katie is pretty responsive and gets back to use within a few hours.Laundry room has a few washer and dryers that are very small but most units have hookups so if that’s something you want you usually can just provide your own machines.The amount of space you get for the price is unmatched. We have hardwood floors, granite countertops, newer appliances, very large bathroom. Truly we can’t complain. We fully plan on staying here and renewing our lease for many years to come.”
