The management and maintenance staff are very friendly and responsive to requests and definitely take care of your needs. Lived here for a year and moved out because of my job but 10/10!”
“We love living here! We have been here for 6 months so far and are very happy. They do quarterly fire alarm checks to make sure everything is in working order. Any maintenance issues are easily requested with the folio app where your able to schedule certain days and times when you can be home or have the option to have maintenance come in without you. They allow two pets dogs and cats! So many other tenants have dogs and it’s always so nice to see all of them. Mail room is inside with rfid access only so haven’t had any packages stolen. There is always parking space available even if it is a little walk. Being so close to the new train/bus hub is super convenient.Katie is pretty responsive and gets back to use within a few hours.Laundry room has a few washer and dryers that are very small but most units have hookups so if that’s something you want you usually can just provide your own machines.The amount of space you get for the price is unmatched. We have hardwood floors, granite countertops, newer appliances, very large bathroom. Truly we can’t complain. We fully plan on staying here and renewing our lease for many years to come.”

Biggest bang for your buck at this property with all the amenities they offer along with the ability to get anywhere in the state and MA so easily. Honestly, best place I've lived and couldn't recommend it more.”

I definitely recommend Greystone lifts if you are looking for an apartment. The lofts are absolutely beautiful and it has so many amenities that come with it. I give my experience five stars.”
