“This location of Goodwill in Providence, RI is an Attended Donation Center, which means it is just for donations and does not have a store. The first time I came to this location, I wasn't sure where the to put my donations so I ran the bell at the front of the building and was informed that the drop off for donations was around the building to the right. When I got to the drop off location, there is a sign to ring the bell for service. I ran the bell and an attendant opened the door a few minutes later. I dropped off my items and he gave me a coupon for the store. Goodwill accepts items like clothing, shoes, small appliances, and furniture. Donations are sorted and then sold in one of their fifteen retail stores. The revenue from the sale of these donations helps to support the programs they offer to individuals with disabilities and other challenges in their lives. This location is open Monday to Friday: 8:00AM - 4:00PM.”

“I wanted to take the time to write this review because I had such a great experience at the North Attleboro store. We had an isolated situation with a TV and went to BestBuy for advice. Upon arrival the greeter at the door heard my issue and called a manager over very quickly. The manger was a complete professional and applied some “out of the box” thinking to help me solve my problem. Once my situation was figured out they offered me a store credit as my goal was to get a larger TV. I was then introduced to Jeremiah in the TV section and he was knowledgeable and awesome to work with. He helped me find exactly what I needed, processed my sale quickly and brought the Tv out to my car. I was in and out of the store in under a half hour on SuperBowl Sunday. Was very happy with the customer service and happy to say that I will be more apt to make in store purchases vs online due to the staff here. Thank you”

“This happened to my computer today! I walked into Best Buy without an appointment (I was not aware you needed one), and was greeted with kindness from every employee! I ended up working with Chris and he completely changed my day!! Yes my computer screen is broken but it is now on its way to being fixed! He was kind, helpful and incredibly knowledgeable! I will go out of my way to support Best Buy for all my electronic and appliance needs! I haven't had customer service like this in years! Bravo to Chris and his team at the geek squad!
