Can you please offer a phone number that allows staff to answer the phone? The phone number goes to a phone line that does not get picked up by front store staff. The pharmacy also only allows voicemails, which is extremely frustrating. I’ll be changing pharmacies to a location that values customer contact.

Pharmacy staff is extremely rude. I waited for over a hour being told that they were too busy to fill a prescription. I watched the staff playing around of their cell phones and showing each other videos on their phones.
