“Keith treated me with dignity and respect which is number one as a woman walking into a car audio place. He did not charge me at all to diagnose the problem and gave me an extremely fair quote. I had made an appointment and unfortunately had to cancel last minute due to a family emergency. Keith was kind and understanding and easily rescheduled for me. The job was done in quick fashion only for him to ring me out at a much lower price than I was quoted. The best part is I can enjoy my music again! Things sounds great! Highly recommend! “Mixed feelings.
The first technician that came out, misdiagnosed the problem with my washer.
I decided not to go ahead with the repair as it would have been $700-800 . On reflection I decided to go ahead as it was still cheaper that buying new. The second technician rediagnosed the problem and this time it was much cheaper.
The final technician installed the new part and I am delighted to say my washer is working fine now.
All in all I am pleased with the outcome.
However , I do find it annoying that you don’t get to speak to a real person when you call. It can be frustrating trying to explain to an automated system certain aspects to your individual problem.”

“Very friendly, needed a charge port replaced and while waiting for the part to come in they gave me a wireless charger to use for free until then. Prices pretty reasonable and the repair itself only took about 30 minutes. Will go to them again for future repairs”
