“Always friendly and informative. Matt helped me this time. I went in to get my key fob battery replaced and he informed me of my options. I also asked him to clean out my phone’s charger port. As he was doing that it occurred to me to ask him if he could check my car battery and alternator since I’ve had problems with it starting a couple times in the past month or so. He was able to assess things and give me information so I could figure out how to move forward. Much appreciated… especially getting more done than I expected to!”
“I went into the East Providence R.I. Location today August 31, 2026. Shawn was working and already helping two people when I walked in. My iPhone had a black screen and wouldn't work. I was quite upset walking in but he assured me he would be able to fix it. He fixed it and did it with a smile. He was extremely kind, helpful and patient to everyone in the store as he helped us all. Shawn went above and beyond for all of the customers. He's definitely an asset to this company!!! “I bought a PlayStation 3 (fat) on eBay and after a minute running it gave a yellow light, which is a fatal error. I called 2 repair shops in Rhode Island who advertised PlayStation repair, but would only do 4&5. When I called REC, they confidently told me they could repair any electronic. He fixed my ps3 and from all I’ve seen it’s not an easy repair. I’m going to bring my Sega’s and Xbox’s here when they eventually fail. I highly recommend”
“This guy knows what he's doing! I went there looking for a capacitor that was hard to find for my pool pump. He looked at it and had a sense it was still good, tested it for me and it turned out to be fine. He then patiently gave me step-by-step diagnostic tips to get the pump running on my own. Pool was running smoothly again with 30 minutes after I got home from work! Saved me from having to completely remove, drop off and pick it up at a later date.”
