“Todd was the epitome of what customer service should be. He allowed us the space to browse instead of being pushy or overly aggressive which was refreshing and my wife greatly appreciated. He came off very knowledgable and was able to offer us the right fit for our needs. This is the type of professionalism and customer service that would bring us back for sure.”

“I had a great experience working with Jack. He was friendly, professional, and really listened to what I was looking for. “Called and Tarek answered extremely polite and welcoming to the store unlike the Seekonk store where collin is extremely one sided, his way or the highway. i have spent several thousands there and collin could not take the time to find my purchase. i also had warranty item and he pretty much told me it’s this way or no way and i proved him wrong there!! Traveled to Providence against my wishes of going over the george Washington bridge and was greeted by Tarek. who listened to my simple story found my last purchased showed me what was comparable to that and sold me my new purple Mattress. We need more Tareks in the world. Thank you Tarek!!! I will do business there again.”

“Excellent customer service! Very knowledgeable Guest Experience Specialist. Didn't rush me or push towards any particular price range or manufacturer. Gave me space to think, take pictures, text family...yet wasn't too far away when I had questions (& I had quite a few). Even offered & then got me some water. Transparent with all pricing. I would HIGHLY recommend going to Bob's Discount Furniture!!”

“We had an amazing experience with Dylan today as we shopped for a couch in the North Attleboro location! We were greeted kindly and sincerely versus feeling “hounded” by someone needing to make a sale! It was a breath of fresh air as the later is often what we experience. Dylan was extremely knowledgeable and, patiently, answered all of our questions. We would, definitely, come back and ask for him again as well as refer anyone, looking to shop, to ask for him as well! He is a huge asset to your company! Regards and many thanks, Kate & Gary Snyder”
