The opening statement is “Dear Anne, I will get right to the point. I may have a buyer for your home. My buyers are extremely interested in your area and they’ve asked me to contact you to see if you may consider selling. This is a REAL BUYER, this is not some ploy to get your listing “ I have more questions for Nathan but as of today, Feb 3rd 2024 he has not replied to my phone call, text, or email, is this someone you want representing you when buying or selling real estate?”
