“We love our new mailbox and granite post! Our original mailbox post was on its last legs and we knew we wanted something beautiful and durable. While we looked at a couple of different companies, we chose Yankee because their pricing was very clear and they offered a full installation (rather than requiring us to prepare the hole for the post). They got back to us quickly after our initial inquiry, set clear expectations, and it was installed about a week after we received the official quote/confirmation. I was a little wary about why the mailbox itself was so expensive, but it is honestly a beautiful/sturdy mailbox and we definitely got the quality we paid for. Overall, we are thrilled and would recommend Yankee Mailbox.”

“I’ve been to this location more than a dozen times. Depending on when you go, the staff are extremely busy and do the best they can. Early in the morning and before they close are the busiest times I have found. While some might be preoccupied, the majority of them are extremely helpful, and are always doing their best to support the customers. Many of them go out of their way to tape the boxes, and to put the packages together for the customers. I personally go out of my way and utilize this location most because I find them to be most helpful.”

“I was looking for a banner. My child won a scholarship and my family wanted to show her some support while she accepted it . The woman who helped me was very knowledgeable about there products. She was very helpful. I felt as if she really wanted to help me celebrate my daughters accomplishment. the prices were fair and reasonable.Over all it was a very pleasant experience.
