Dealt with various agents in my past and closed deals respectfully.
My first time dealing with remax and their very nasty, condescending agent Hilary was incredibly childish and odd. Argues non stop and is very untrustworthy. Use another agency, the reviews below speak for themselves.

Had agreement in place prior to closing on how rental funds would be distributed, agent has offered no assistance in finalizing agreement. Very unprofessional.
