“Working with Rachel was our absolute pleasure! From the moment we reached out to her, she was a wealth of information and support. She started with an intro call which was beyond helpful as first time home buyers - the call (and supportive documents) helped walk us through the entire process. She listened to our needs as a family moving to the RI area and was able to give us good advice and guidance. She was able to set up last minute home showings and was super flexible with her schedule + accommodating to our schedules. When we looked at homes Rachel gave us great information and guidance about neighborhood, honest feedback on homes we were seeing, and great suggestions for projects to increase equity. We will be working with Rachel for all future RI real estate transactions and sending all our friends her way! Thank you Rachel for helping us find our dream first home.”

“Matt and Tamara were the absolute dream team! Their knowledge of the RI real estate market was superb and they were instrumental in working with us to both buy and sell. We had some specific circumstances (timing of both buying and selling and requiring a specific floorplan) and I don't think we would have ended up in our current home without their help and we couldn't be more grateful!”

She has worked countless months helping my family and me find the perfect home for our needs till finally she found it we are so grateful for all the work she has put in for us answering late night questions guiding us step by step to get us into the perfect home. I highly recommend Liz to help you with all your home buying needs and ease the stressful journey of finding the right home. “I will be recommending Alisha to everyone I know looking for a real estate agent. She is truly the best! She made it super easy for us to find property postings as soon as they become available based on our interests. Whenever we had questions or concerns about a property, she was always on top of getting us any information we needed as soon as possible. Her communication and availability to her clients is stellar. She is someone you can completely trust during the entire process. She’s so knowledgeable and helpful with pointing out flaws in a listing that I wouldn’t be able to catch myself. Alisha is great person to work with and she will always have her clients best interest in mind. Overall we had a wonderful experience and I can’t recommend her enough!”

“Kathleen Perreault is totally OUTSTANDING. I was under severe pressure to move from my prior residence in under a month. She located multiple solutions which included my current home. It met all my prime objectives. She has continued to be a valuable resource for questions on any new projects I might want to undertake.”

“I am a first-time home buyer and at the beginning of this process I felt in over my head. I was worried, stressed, scared, etc. My agent is Michael Saccoccio and I would highly recommend him to everyone. He has really gone above and beyond in all aspects of this process. He sat my wife and I down early on and just put our minds at ease and answered all of our questions. We were very eager to buy and constantly were sending him and Donna listings to see and they were amazing and got everything set up for up quickly to meet our timeline. Our 3rd offer in this process was accepted and since then Michael stepped it up even more. He was already amazing, not he is spectacular. He has made everything as easy as can be and taken the time to walk us through it all.Michael took the time to update us no matter when I would email him or text him during the day or night, he was always quick to get back to me and put my mind at ease.We close next week, and I just cannot say enough great things about Michael and Donna. I will 100% recommend to everyone I know and if I am ever in the Market to buy again, they will be my first choice.”
