“Being a woman walking into a car place can be tough for me because a lot of places have tried to rip me off. But not here! As soon as I walked into the place I felt like I was family. Me with my blonde moments I totally forgot to ask the guy for his name but I assume he's the owner of the place. He's one of the nicest people I have ever encountered. Gave me his best advice and he wasn't wrong. I had a dual muffler delete, everything is stainless steel and the tips that came with it are just beautiful ? the cost of it is nothing to complain about. I thought it would be more.
Oh and I forgot to mention... I got there on a Friday around 11am, he was able to get the car in the same day and when I called to check on it around 4:30pm (because sometimes my car likes to give me surprises) I was told that they weren't leaving until my car was done.

“Xpert Auto has this customer for life. On the 17th at another auto shop I went for oil change and to check a humming noise on my vehicle. Afterwards they wanted over $1000 for oil change and a RT wheel barring. As well as other things not included in the $1000 price. I was leaving for a family camping trip the following day, they told me they couldn’t do all the work that day. I randomly called numerous mechanics in the area and fell upon Xpert. I talked with Keith, who must’ve heard the panic in my voice, as I was set to leave for a 5hr drive for camping trip the following day. Keith somehow scheduled me in the same day, while he didn’t work on my car specifically he was the behind the scene guy just helping out a panicked gal. After dropping my vehicle off a few hours later it was done. To my surprise not only did the RT wheel barring need replacing but the humming noise was the LT side. While due to time the LT couldn’t be done same day it wasn’t the same issue as the RT. Keith gave me a price less than half that of the original mechanics price and assured me that he’d honor the price for the LT side. I made my trip safely, and today the LT side was fixed with no gimmicks/ price increases. My heart has never been fuller than to have found a place that cares about their customers like Xpert, thank you so much to the mechanics and Keith for everything.”
“My partner had a good experience using East Bay Service Center, so I decided to take my car there when I had an issue. When I arrived, the owner (I believe) was there but just cleaning up because they were actually closed for the week. He still took the time to try something quickly to fix my car's issue, and wouldn't accept any payment afterwards. He said if it didn't resolve the issue to schedule an appointment for the following week, but everything has been working fine since! Thank you, East Bay Service Center.”

“I bought a corvette from Paul Masse Chevrolet back in 2014 and had Aaron Tirrell as my salesman. When the new Z06 came out I knew it was time to upgrade, & came back to see Aaron, to only find out it would take time before I could actually get the new corvette.. I was put on what Aaron calls “the list” I would call or text Aaron every so many months for well over a year, to see if I moved up on this list and the answer was always “not yet”… and never once was Aaron not available to take my call or answer me back, despite the amount of times I called/texted him.
This past June, Aaron finally called me with great news & told me I made it to the top of the list and had a short period of time to put my car together. No matter how many questions or calls I placed to Aaron regarding color, wheels, fabric etc, he always was right there to answer them or get back to me. Aaron would keep me updated with the process of my corvette, from the minute it went into production, to being finished and delivered, to expediting the final touches I had wanted on my car, by the service department, in order for me not to have to wait any longer to drive off in my new car.
There isn’t a more dedicated salesman to his clients, Aaron ranks top of the line, that’s why I returned to Paul Masse Chevrolet to buy my new corvette because I knew Aaron would be there to help me out and make sure I got everything I wanted in/for my car.

“Joe is amazing. My son's Kia Soul was having electrical issues and he gave us some advice as he was very behind and couldn't get to us quickly and we tried to fix it at home but still wasn't working. We then had it towed to his shop and originally it was going to be a couple weeks but he diagnosed it within a day at an extremely reasonable price and he fixed it the next day! So so happy with his service and integrity. Definitely good to have an honest and experienced mechanic and shop nearby as they just moved into that area. Our tow driver also mentioned he uses Joe so that's an added plus.”
“Great people. Very nice work. I had my vehicle repaired here for collision. My insurance (Amica) made it easy. My insurance set up a rental for me, and James Auto took care of everything for me. When i dropped off my vehicle, they contacted Enterprise car rental, and they dropped off a rental for me and were also extremely nice and helpful. James Auto is the place to go to. I recommend it 10/10. They made it very easy and took care of it all. Such great people!”

“I dropped my 2006 Saturn Ion off with Antonio late on Martin Luther King Jr night after it had had the front ripped off by a RIPTA bus. I told him I just wanted the car drivable; Antonio got the car back to me *less than 48 hours later* having taken the time to color-match the replacement front and clean up unrelated scratches on the rear passenger door to the point where someone who didn't know they were there probably wouldn't see them. He also made a point of showing me the damaged pieces, same as he had to the appraiser. Throughout our entire interaction he was courteous, quite willing to explain things, and very upfront about when I would expect to hear from him and what his next steps would be. I don't expect I'll be going to anyone else for as long as I'm in the area.TL,DR: 10/10 recommend, especially if this is your first time having to deal with collision damage and/or you're female-presenting.”
