Within 5 minutes of submitting a request through my app, I got a call from Grasso's and they quickly dispatched a truck to me. Jeff showed up in a timely manner and took the time to troubleshoot my truck with me. We came to the conclusion that it was not something he could help fix and towed my truck back to my home for me. The whole time Jeff was nice and professional and explained everything he was doing.”

“I’ve been bringing my cars to Howdy for over 8 years, and I can’t recommend him enough.
As a woman, going to a mechanic can be intimidating, but Howdy has always been friendly, patient, and approachable… honestly, he reminds me of a big teddy bear. He takes the time to listen to concerns, explain what’s going on, and never makes you feel talked down to, rushed, or taken advantage of.
One thing I really appreciate is that he usually sends videos after diagnosing issues, explaining what he found and what needs to be repaired. Most of it goes over my head, lol, but I appreciate the transparency and effort he puts into keeping me informed.
What really sets him apart is his honesty. When my old car was nearing the end of its life, he actually advised me not to spend $800–$1,000 on a repair because the car was still safe to drive, and suggested putting that money toward a newer vehicle instead. I don’t think every mechanic would do that.
He’s worked on both my Chevy Cruz and now my Honda CR-V, he always gets me in quickly, and usually has repairs finished the same day. He even takes the time to show me the old parts he replaced and explain what went wrong.
Howdy is just a genuinely good guy, skilled mechanic, and someone I trust completely. If you’re looking for an honest mechanic who treats customers like family, he’s your guy. Highly recommend!”

“I knew my brakes were going but on my trip north for my birthday tomorrow I had felt them getting sketchy-levels of soft, and unfortunately no one in the state of Rhode Island takes same day appointments, so I was faced with driving through upstate New York on <3mm pads. Thankfully I called Correa and they were available to service them the same day within under an hour, and thankfully I just made it to my destination and the brakes work great!

“Fantastic place! Needed to have a tail light fixed, as well as an inspection they went above and beyond. I had forgotten to ask them to check my battery,because I had to jumpstart the car last week, and it was down to nothing. They had checked this They did all service exceptionally and were very thorough with a very reasonable and fair price. My car wasn’t quite ready at the end of the day so they let me use a loaner. I highly recommend Wayne’s And they will now be my go to service facility!”

“I cannot say enough positive things about this shop. I took my Maserati Grecale in to have them look at an alignment issue on the driver‘s door that the dealer refused to touch. I met with Theo after cold calling the shop this afternoon asking what I needed to do to get an estimate, and he dropped everything to accommodate me when I showed up. The door was realigned in a very short amount of time and they had me back on my way within the hour.
The shop was clean, there were a lot of exotic cars there and the other staff were friendly and accommodating as well. I also have an Aston Martin and have had several other exotics in the past, with my family having a 40+ year ownership history with Aston Martin, BMW, Porsche and Ferrari. Thus far, our experience with many shops in the Boston area has been questionable at best. I’m so thankful I found these guys. Without hesitation, I would trust them with any of my cars. Anytime I need work in the future, I will absolutely make the drive or pay for a tow from from Boston to ensure my cars go to Dean.
Please give these guys your business. They are a family owned shop run by good people (not a dealer or a PE firm) who care about the quality of their work and their customer service.

“I have a large truck with dual wheels in the back. I showed up and was greeted by one of the mechanics who directed me to the " office " after I explained my needs the gentleman came out and inspected the tire confirming that it should be replaced immediately. Do note that I also asked about the 5 other tires. I asked if they were in need of replacement. I was reassured they did not need to be replaced. ( Honest assessment)I would of replaced them all if I had to. But only replaced one which is saying a lot. Since they only sell tiresThey did not try to take advantage of me. which shows integrity in my book.I was in and out in under an hour.Thank you up Pete's Tire. I'll def. “Thanks so much to the folks over at Sayles Collision. My Audi had been hit by a small clump of pine trees while sitting in my driveway. Although there wasn't any structural damage, about 75% of the car had dents and scratches. Some of the dents in some real difficult places to repair, but they nailed it. It's amazing. The quality of work is top notch. The communication was great. Hopefully I never need to have that kind of work done to a vehicle again but if I do, I am heading to Sayles.”
