“Came here 4 years ago (spartan 525) got good service and its still the same came as a walk in was out in less than 2 hrs come here for all my exhaust needs my muffler separated from the rest of the exhaust and it was dragging got me taken care of”

“Fantastic place! Needed to have a tail light fixed, as well as an inspection they went above and beyond. I had forgotten to ask them to check my battery,because I had to jumpstart the car last week, and it was down to nothing. They had checked this They did all service exceptionally and were very thorough with a very reasonable and fair price. My car wasn’t quite ready at the end of the day so they let me use a loaner. I highly recommend Wayne’s And they will now be my go to service facility!”
“I’ve had four cars in my lifetime and I have been in an accident one or two times but every time I go to Providence auto body I feel comfortable that I can rely on them to get the job done appropriately and they go beyond expectations.The staff there are great along with Nick the service manager. I highly suggest providence auto body for a quick rental process to having the cars fixed. The work is amazing. The prices are good and they work with you. I am going there for my mother‘s car now and have been met with beyond expectations I have been going there since I was 16 and I’m 42 now I highly suggest and trust Providence or auto body with any of your needs. “I knew my brakes were going but on my trip north for my birthday tomorrow I had felt them getting sketchy-levels of soft, and unfortunately no one in the state of Rhode Island takes same day appointments, so I was faced with driving through upstate New York on <3mm pads. Thankfully I called Correa and they were available to service them the same day within under an hour, and thankfully I just made it to my destination and the brakes work great!
Best in the state for work, would recommend everyone come here and I will be back.”
“Just got 4 new tires put on my daughters vehicle. Grasso’s was the the best price and the service was top-notch. We dropped it off and got a call it was ready within a couple of hours. If you need repairs done or looking for a good used car this is the place to go. 100% recommend!”
“Great customer service. I called and they got my car in for an inspection the very next day. I ended up needing a few things replaced and added: new windshield wipers - which they added for me - a front license plate and updated stickers for that plate. I figured the stickers would severely delay the whole inspection process by days, but at Finest Auto, staff person Peter recommended I go to AAA (im a member) as they can print stickers sometimes day-of. Peter saved me loads of time and potential fines. He even waived the labor fee for installing my front plate! Very appreciative and very satisfied.”

“I came here the other day to get a inspection. I was able to get it done within 20 minutes on the same day.... the woman who works at the front desk is very nice and she gave me a great deal on some other supplies that I needed. If you need your car inspected or fixed, you'll have to make an appointment for 5 to 10 days anywhere else, but here they will take care of you on the same day.

“Providence Auto Body is top notch! I picked up my car today after several weeks of repair and I experienced the 'WOW Factor'! My suv is back to pristine condition, and..... they detailed my car, and filled my gas tank! Hands down, they gave me the best experience out of a stressful time for me! Nikki arranged their own rental for me and did not charge for the 30 day overage than what my insurance covered. I had a comparable rental vs getting a lime green Kia Soul through insurance. And...... they have Tootsie Rolls in the waiting area! A win-win in every corner with my experience! Don't go anywhere else!!”
“I was visiting family this past week in Providence from Connecticut for New Year's so I'm quite unfamiliar with the area, of course when I tried heading back my car didn't start. My dad tried looking at the car but had no luck so I ended up having to get it towed and taken to a mechanic. One of my friends recommended J.M. Auto Repair so I had the tow drop it off there. When I got there I told them what happened and how it wasn't starting and they understood and started working on the car. They told me that the battery in my car was dead so I got worried because I have a pretty old car (2016 Honda Civic) but luckily they had the battery in stock and put a brand new one in there. These guys were super fast and took like 10 minutes to finish the whole thing so would recommend it if you need something small done, 10/10.”
“Thanks so much to the folks over at Sayles Collision. My Audi had been hit by a small clump of pine trees while sitting in my driveway. Although there wasn't any structural damage, about 75% of the car had dents and scratches. Some of the dents in some real difficult places to repair, but they nailed it. It's amazing. The quality of work is top notch. The communication was great. Hopefully I never need to have that kind of work done to a vehicle again but if I do, I am heading to Sayles.”
