“I just got my Tacoma back from Safeway after some rear end damage. The repairs were done in just 2 days and I had it back before the weekend. All sensors calibrated and everything is straight as can be. They took care of everything from getting me a clean new rental to dealing with the insurance companies. The support of the staff was clear and ongoing communication. Chris was very helpful when I picked up and dropped off the vehicle, especially considering the area experienced snowy weather before and during my visit. “Nothing is worse than getting into a car accident. The only thing that made it better was the first interaction with Devin who dropped off my rental at the repair shop. He was friendly and extremely kind. Fast forward to today as I returned the rental I was Greeted by Justin with a big smile and such a friendly vibe. I was grateful that I was able to be driven back home. The drive home was like talking to an old friend ( no I didn't know him ) Just a good conversion. “Zipcar is wonderful . My name is ************************* and anytime I have an issue with zipcar they immediately *************** have to remember this is a car sharing company meaning someone people are careless and often times dont report the issues with vehicles .
