Lydia was so helpful. I had a package that I needed fedex to pick up and deliver to me (in Florida). She was very friendly, helped me print the label and stayed with me on the phone to verify she got the label via email. Very friendly. If only doing business with other companies would be so stress free. Thanks again!!

Very friendly and super helpful. I wish the USPS and all shipping companies would take a lesson from this lovely lady. Great customer service. The USPS would have told me to buy a piece of tape! Would highly recommend using their services here at EP Mail.
