“I am blown away by the CS service, helpful knowledge and tips from Rick's repair.Rick is honest, highly knowledge and straightforward. He takes his time when speaking to you so you don't feel rushed especially if you're in a stressful situation with your TV.He will do his best to help you over the phone so you don't have to waste your time lugging around your TV.I'm new to the area and heard wonderful things about this business! Now, I can see why. Prior to hearing about Rick's repair, I tried other service repair shops I found on Google and they were awful and unpleasant.I have a Samsung 75" that accidentally tipped and hit my head causing all lines in the TV and then my 85" has a very vague distinct line - talk about stressful. The other places act like it's easy to just bring TV in, to be looked at.I have heard over the years, that once you see lines on your screen or it's cracked, that the TV is junk and Rick confirmed that.He takes pride in customer satisfaction whether you have a question or getting your device repaired!
