Tt's always better to refer to customers in a consistent and respectful manner. Cashier at this store is lacking that part of her job. Stop greeting customers by condescending terms of endorsement. It comes across as very unprofessional.

Why is the store locking its doors 20 minutes before closing time? I know the employees work long days and just want to get out on time, but closing 20 minutes early is a bit excessive. 5 minutes, sure, but certainly not 20.
