“I’m giving 5 stars for the store But the starbucks I’m a little confused. I’ve visited several times around 6pm-7:30pm and while the baristas are Nice, they always say they can’t make pastry’s bc the oven is being cleaned or they have already done their count, or their closed at 7pm on July 1st as well as another time I visited around the same time. There were two baristas and they stated they were closed. This shouldn’t be the norm but seems to be at this location. It’s very inconsistent. I would be more understanding if it was a one off but it seems to be the normal here.”

“The staff at this Shaw's is so kind and helpful. They go above and beyond to assist you. I was blessed by every staff member I encountered today. I needed a mixed-fruit party tray, and there weren't any of the kind I normally buy. A wonderful worker offered to make one for me while I shopped. Another employee saw me looking at the watermelons and offered to help me pick out a ripe one. While I was waiting for the fruit tray, another lovely employee asked me if I needed help. Then, when I checked out, the cashier and the young lady bagging groceries were also friendly and kind. Kudos to the management and staff for creating a warm and friendly atmosphere during stressful economic times.”

“Editing my review to mention that even though I love it here, they need to pay attention to the items they mark on sale. I’ve lost probably about $50 in total from buying items that are marked as on sale for some price then when I check my receipt they’re actually 5x that price. (Example a sauce that was listed as 2 for $6 but I was charged $5.69 per even though I bought 4 and pasta was marked down for $1 so I bought a ton then they ended up being $1.99 each, doubling the price of things I bought only because of the sale, not because I wanted 6 boxes of pasta and jarred sauce.) the sale was until 7/30 so I know I didn’t miss it or misunderstand because I read the whole sale sign first. They do have great sales here often but they are not always totaled out at the end. Very important to check your receipt before you go

It’s gotta coin star and Sumol. Right next to a bus stop that multiple buses use which is super helpful! It’s a stop and shop, what’s not to love about it lol.”
