I never had such good service. Customer service is great!!!They really give good advice on financial needs. I woukd not bank anywhrre else but coastal 1 credit union.

I’ve had wonderful service at Coastal 1 for a few years now. I do wish there were more branches in RI to make life a little more convenient. Bristol branch staff are always kind & helpful.

This Credit Union is top of the notch. They definitely treat us like family. We can go in there and get assistance with anything we we need. Kayla definitely is a great at what she does. Manuel and the other loan lady definitely has their door open wheneva we need the help. I will always go to this branch no matta what we need assistance on. Thanks so much for everything.

They are so unprofessional. No one has to deal with these guys. Angela, a black rude teller and Manny, the branch manager and one guy who sits at the window are so unprofessional. If you do not want to work, stay home. I wish i could give 0 star.

PCU used to be great, top notch service and support. Since change to Coastal have had nothing but headaches and terrible service - especially with the call center. Have been a customer with PCU since the late 1960's - am seriously considering change to a different credit union that puts customers first - and puts service back in "customer service".

Teller Kayla is one of the rudest people I have ever encountered in any of the locations. Customer service was completely lost by the attitude that I received from her. Seeing that she has the sign stating she was a new teller she should be trying to gain repeat customers instead of pushing them away. Would rather drive 10-15 minutes further then go to that location and have to deal with her again.

This site says that the Newport Ave office closes at 4pm on Tuesday. They close at 3pm as do all their inconvienent offices.

I love Pawtucket Credit Union, but this location must be built on an ancient burial ground or something because this branch is madness. I've seen people have full-on meltdowns here, screaming about god-knows-what and leaving in a huff after cursing out the employees. These employees mostly show remarkable constraint in dealing with these abusive jerks, but their curly-haired supervisor has customer service skills befitting a prison guard rather than someone associated with a financial institution. I've never witnessed more hostile customer support than when a customer wanted to close their account and dealt with this girl. It's weird to try and do your banking while an episode of Jerry Springer is being filmed all around you. Also, this branch is noticeably busier than other PCUs, so don't expect a quick, drama-free trip.
