Throughout the repair process they gave us a tour of the shop, explaining what work was being done, they kept in constant communication with us and provided photographs of the repairs as they progressed. Derek arranges all your car rental needs and goes above and beyond for his customers. “I always have such an amazing experience at this location. Every time I need assistance Keagan is always there to help. In the past he’s assisted me with a diagnostic report to find out I needed a new CO sensor, helped me pick out windshield wiper fluid as well as guidance with windshield wipers & replaced them for me. And today when I came in looking for new headlight bulbs he walked me through the different types and we watched a video together on how to install them because I was adamant on doing it myself. He told me if I had trouble to come back after 12 and he would assist…. Well, I had trouble and came back and he gladly did it within 5 minutes.
