Awful app, awful website, awful service, awful drivers 90% of the time, there are instructions that deliveries have that are blatantly not followed over and over again, im sot sure who is worse the people being hired who either dont know how to read think, or the people doing the hiring

You’re CONSTANTLY misdelivering packages miles away from our house and there’s no real person you can talk to. Useless company. Useless automated phone system.

I had an important package coming that I was not going to be home to sign for. I stopped by the FedEx facility and the woman in the office said she would intercept the package, hold it for me and call me to pick it up. She called promptly the next day and I got the package. Very nice, helpful folks.
