You’re CONSTANTLY misdelivering packages miles away from our house and there’s no real person you can talk to. Useless company. Useless automated phone system.

I had an important package coming that I was not going to be home to sign for. I stopped by the FedEx facility and the woman in the office said she would intercept the package, hold it for me and call me to pick it up. She called promptly the next day and I got the package. Very nice, helpful folks.

WORST DELIVERY COMPANY ! I have Ben waiting for my package for 4 days no attempt in delivery’s and I caught the driver 2 days in a row now and they both tell me “they can’t find it” or it’s in a different truck and it never gets delivered!!!
