The only place on this planet they can apparently hold my package is an hour from me, and whenever they say they left a door tag they didn't. Useless.

Paid extra shipping fees to have furniture delivered while I was helping my daughter move into her new place. Had everything set to arrive in a 2 day window while I was here. Fed ex delivered have the stuff early and the rest is coming late. Why pay to have it delivered if they can’t do their job . Items were broken boxes... read full comment

At approximately 9:15AM at the intersection of Norman Rd and Route 201 in Griswold a driver urged me to make a left hand turn in front of him. This shows how horribly invested FedEx is in their employees education
