They just left me a door tag number and didn’t even send me updates on the package or knock the door and they pretended they tried to deliver. I should have been waiting for them outside in the cold? That’s unprofessional. I called FedEx only 20 minutes after the whatever attempting delivery, they were pretending that it won’t be possible until the next business day. You can’t even pick up your package. Useless service. WORST SERVICE EVER.

The place isn't for people who don't want to do heavy lifting. The amount of heavy pkgs is insane for the daily pay these employees are payed. $170 a day when you have to deliver over 150 pkgs that the majority of them weight over 50 pounds and you have to deliver up a set up 10 stairs or less is insane.??? FED EX SHAME ON YOU FOR THE LOW PAY YOU PAY THESE PEOPLE..????Honestly it's a body consuming job. I hope the costumers value and appreciate their delivery guys because they're delivering your heavy orders as you put them notes oh,"("please deliver all the way up to top stairs "")when the pkgs weights above 70 pounds. Lets be kind and toughful of each other. Make sure u don't abuse someones hard work just because they have bills to pay. Help them have an easy day. Happy holidays everyone..

The only place on this planet they can apparently hold my package is an hour from me, and whenever they say they left a door tag they didn't. Useless.

Paid extra shipping fees to have furniture delivered while I was helping my daughter move into her new place. Had everything set to arrive in a 2 day window while I was here. Fed ex delivered have the stuff early and the rest is coming late. Why pay to have it delivered if they can’t do their job . Items were broken boxes were damaged.

At approximately 9:15AM at the intersection of Norman Rd and Route 201 in Griswold a driver urged me to make a left hand turn in front of him. This shows how horribly invested FedEx is in their employees education

Worst experience ever. 4 days in a row I have gotten delivery exceptions saying my address was incorrect. All 4 days I’ve confirmed that my address is correct and has been since it originally shipped. Still no delivery. Customer service is useless.

Website confusing to have package picked up. One driver NEVER stopped to pickup. But finally got in touch with someone at FEDEX locally that resolved issue. The toll free number is overseas who provided inaccurate info.

This is the worst delivery company in existence. They keep leaving it at the wrong door. I've called 4 times and they keep promising me that it won't happen again. I wouldn't care that much, except the package is extremely heavy and I have to drag it around. FEDEX DO BETTER!

Refuse to deliver pkgs to requested location. Pkgs not wrapped in plastic, tossed up on front porch against door making it impossible to open doors. Letters, emails, phone calls all to no avail. Advised handicap person unable to retrieve pkg from front door, they don’t care

Useless delivery company always leaving our packages out in the front porch not listening to delivery instructions of using the code to put packages near mail boxes inside hallway near mailboxes so package doesn't get stolen!

Completely wasted two days waiting for them to show up for a delivery requiring a signature, now it's being sent back to the shipper.

Wish I could control who ships to me when I'm not the source of the package, but I can't. FedEx is terrible. Use UPS, this doesn't happen with UPS, and the only reason I used to dislike using them was because they require a signature for most delivers. But if FedEx is going to require a signature as well.....

I would rather give no stars. I work at a business that is staffed from 7am to 9pm, driver continuously states "no one home". These are medical products that people NEED. I called the main office and the attitude of the driver is appalling. She came back to drop off the packages and yelled at me for 10 minutes !!! May consider changing vendors just so I don't have to deal with her.
