The installation process on installation day itself was great and the contractor who came to install was able to do it all in one day. The floors look great and I’m very happy with them, but the process overall was a bit frustrating and took about 3 weeks.

Our water heater blew at 10:30 pm on a Saturday before our most recent snow storm. Joe connected with me on a Sunday and new hot water tank was installed the following Tuesday. Great service and really kind people! I would definitely use their services again!
