The chicken coup we decided to purchase was located in outside storage. The store manager Sean completed the purchase for us and rather than have us wait for one of his team members that were assisting other customers Sean retrieved the chicken coup and safely loaded it into our vehicle. During the process Sean was a great communicator during the loading process. During the purchase process I also appreciate that Sean made sure we had info related to product support information and made it clear that he and his team members were there at any time if we needed any assistance.
