Lazy employees. Better hope what you need isn’t on the overhang because every employee will give you the run around. Waste of time. Went to the Smithfield store which I should’ve done in the first place and they helped me right away.

Lets start with the fact you no longer carry stainless steel screws. A half hour trying to find them to find out there are none. I parked right across from the Enter door. Could not find what I needed so I started to leave thru the enter door. But, no! The "guard" at the door tells me I have to walk all the way to the end of the store and then back across the parking lot. I then went to Ace Hardware in Greenville and found exactly what I needed. Shop small , people!

i called the store prior to going in. I asked if they sold window shades that they cut to size. i was told oh yeah, no problem. my husband went in. he and another man were standing waiting for someone for nearly 45 mins. no one came. when they asked for help they were told by several "i have no idea. not my department" great customer service huh? I guess they were too busy raising the price of paper towel and lysol during the pandemic. they just lost my business!

This location is the WORST. Last time I went there, an employee on the floor would not stop hitting on me and making me extremely uncomfortable. I told him I didn't need help, and he proceeded to ask me the stupidest questions like what my favorite color is. A customer came up and asked for help and the employee had the nerve to put his hand up and say "just a minute" as if he was doing anything important other than annoying me. I interrupted and let the other customer know that I was all set and the employee was free to assist him. I just left my second terrible visit. Looking for carpet padding to replace a few strips in my basement. There was no one in the department. A couple who was there before me looking at flooring were at the top of the aisle yelling "Hello can someone help us?" multiple times with no response. This is a Tuesday night mind you, not a peak weekend day or something when employees are understandably busy. I had seen 15-20 workers on the floor simply stocking shelves, etc. - no one responded. I finally got one workers attention - he couldn't assist me with carpeting and said he'd go find the girl that works in that department - she never came. I went to the front and had them to page for assistance - again, no response. I finally had to ask the front desk for a manager and after 30 minutes total being in the store, was told the padding couldn't be cut to the size I needed. The rug department is not self service - have a f****** employee stationed there. 30 minutes is unreasonable to not respond to a page either. People can easily go to Lowe's instead.

Worthless people. Can't handle returns even when well within the return period. Don't waste your time. Go to Lowe's.

Excellent service and efficient visit. We bought mulch in bulk. They fired up the forklift, took down a whole pallet of mulch, and then loaded it into our truck. This was much appreciated, we will back for all of our home needs.

Literally a bunch of rude unmotivated people all bunched into one building. Would only buy products here, never use installers.
