“I desperately needed a 90's bathroom remodel and after failing to hire companies closer to me because they all wanted a large non refundable deposit to do up a design and get a quote, I found myself at this company which is an hour away from me. They did not require a deposit until AFTER they did up a design and had us return to sit down and take a look at it and decide if we wanted to go with them. Kevin matched us with designer, Lisa and she was a great fit. She worked within our budget and I even changed a couple of things that added to the cost because I don't mind paying more for what I want. We did a beautiful curbless tiled shower with glass doors, new vanity, fixtures, lighting, toilet, cabinetry, etc and the finished project is modern and stunning. Every one of the contractors who worked on the project were wonderful. The tile guy was amazing ! Thank you Cumberland kitchen and bath for a blooper-free project !”

“We used Cypress for our Kitchen project. Craig came over and my wife and I told him, we need more storage and functionality. My wife was pregnant at the time and we also have 2 dogs, things that Craig incorporated in his design. One thing we said was that we would love a pantry, something we didn’t think was possible in our space. When we viewed the design presentation not only was there a pantry but there was so much extra space! Even some under bench cabinets for our dog leashes. We changed nothing from the proposed design and now are living in our beautiful new kitchen/living space with so much room for our growing family. I walked in with my kitchen/pantry measurements and received a free design from Chris with no appointment necessary. I’m very picky and he sat with me for almost 2 hours with a smile on his face making sure the kitchen layout was designed to my liking. It was so cool seeing him design my kitchen on the big screen right behind him so that I was able to really visualize everything. The store manager, David, was a pleasure to work with and he was always available to answer any questions or concerns that came up right away.
