However, the bank has also faced some challenges, such as difficulties in exchanging bills for non-account holders and issues with incorrect check deliveries and strange hang-up calls from new employees. Despite these occasional problems, TD Bank overall strives to provide a positive banking experience for its customers.

Shout out to Tammy and Caleb! Went in to fix an issue another branch created. Customer service was top notch. Answered all of our questions, addressed and fixed all of our issues and concerns. Found my new home branch.

This branch was great when it first opened. Then customer service went down hill. Their agents are not knowledge about the banking process except how to open an account (I hope they can still do that). Beware of this bank and be more cautious than I was when opening an account.
